Learn how & why to cook these 4 Ayurvedic Meals this Spring.

The last 7 days of the previous season & the 7 days of the present season is called Ritu Sandhi or Seasonal Junction.

In Ritu Sandhi one should Gradually start let go the practices -diet, lifestyle & behaviour- she,he, they used to do in the previous season & switch them for practices according to the actual season.

Through some Ayurvedic Nutrition Basics we'll learn which ingredients are best to include during Spring & ones we're better to avoid all that while cooking some delicious meals.

As I'm mexican I'll share with you some classic going Ayurvedic dishes from my country which include these magic ingredients.

  • Tepache
  • Amaranth porridge
  • Ataka/Cranberry versatile compote (sweet or spicy)
  • Stewed figs or prunes
