About the event
In order to set our body for the vedic season to come: 🌞Grishma/Summer. I decided to guide a small group Ritu Sandhi Reset, the goal is to share this experience in community!
We will hold a weekly online class where I'll explain more about each stage of the reset and where I'll share with you some asana, pranayama and ayurvedic rituals.
Meanwhile, during the week, we're gonna communicate, share in a private facebook group or if you have any questions I'll be availble for your questions and doubts.
